When requesting a download of certain info -- once I submit the requeat, a message "Finalizing and that it will be a moment" 5, 10 and 15 minutes later - nothing.

This occurred 1/28. On 1/27, I had downloaded info that was made available almost immediately. I was interrupted and decided to log-off without saving the download. Each time since, the download 'never finalizes'

Possibly you should try to clear your cache and history and try it again. This seems a little odd. I'm not experiencing this symptom on my end. What browser are you using?

Thanks...that worked. However, I don't understand why that action is necessary. Is it an issue on your end, or mine?

We can't recreate it on any system here. Glad that worked. Sometimes clearing cache just clears any bad connections or gremlins.
