In the Message Forum, we have some messages that do not include graduation photos and some that do. All participants have grad photos in their profiles. I looked for some reason they would be excluded but couldn't find anything.

It is something the classmate needs to set up for themselves. Tell those who want to have a photo showing to click on the "Click here to display your photo" link and then they can choose which photo they want to display.
