Before I set up my 3 topics, I need to be sure of two things. 1. Will we (admins) be able to change the topic heading after we set it up. For example, if Topic 1 is not getting any action, can we chang the heading to Topic 4?. Question 2. If we change a topic heading, can we delete any positng to the former topic and start off clean? Thanks.

Yes to both. You can delete posts and rename the topic
