Trying to post a comment in a classmate's photo gallery by pressing enter as directed. Comment will not post. Is this a glitch or a preference by the classmate?

If a classmate turns off comments, there should be no comment option at all. Can you post on anyone else's photo?

If you give me the first initial and last name of your member, I can look to see what their comments setting is set to.
