I just received an email from a classmate who is having problems logging in. I asked her to describe what she is seeing and this is what she wrote:

"Sometimes it took me back to a different logon screen and sometimes it took me to a screen that had security numbers I had to enter…then when I put those numbers in it gave me an error and showed more numbers."

I'm stumped . . .

Unfortunately, that is not enough information for us to be able to assist. We'll need to know exactly what she does, and everything she does with the mouse or the keyboard, from the moment she opens her web browser to go to the website, and exactly what shows after each time she enters something or clicks on something.

I understand. I'll see if she can recreate her steps for me.
