classmate's email

A classmate informed me when he logs in that it shows his old email address. I looked under "Manage Classmates" and it shows his email being the correct one. The updated email does not show up when he logs in. What should I do? Thanks

The "old" email is being filled by his browser. To fix, he has to delete the old email/pw in that browser. Don't know which browser so it varies exactly how to do that. After that is done, when they log in with the new email/browser it should save/show that info for the next time they log in. Is he looking under Member Functions > Update Contact Info? He might had a page cached - you can try having them refresh the page using one of the commands below: Windows: ctrl + F5 Jessica
