Can't change background color?

I have deleted the old image, saved the change - that leaves a plain background. Then to "change background color", browse to a picture, save the change.... and the OLD background pops up again. Seem to be stuck in plain blue background or the snowy scene background that needs to be changed. I USED to know how to do this! Thanks - Larry Gilbert, www.RockyRiver63.com

It might just be a browser cache issue. Have you tried REFRESH button of the browser? This will force a page reload. Also try a different browser. If you see the background in the new browser, you know that it is a caching problem of the first browser.
