Birthdays under Responsive Design

Isn't the Birthdays block supposed to shrink under Responsive Design?
I have Birthdays in the Content Area and it extends into the Right Modules area when displayed on a tablet or phone, or even on a monitor when the screen is narrowed to certain widths.

Should be fairly easy to fix. Reporting to the programmer.
