I tried to upload some pictures from our winter in AZ and received the message that the photo was corrupt and not able to resize. Not sure I understand. What do I need to do to get them ready for uploading?

Hi Esther,

If the image is very large before they upload it they might want to try uploading it first and then going back it to edit it or they might want to try making the photo smaller in a photo editing program before they upload it. Some digital cameras are taking images that are huge and it would help to upload something 1,000 pixels or less if they can resize it to that before they upload it. If not, have them just upload it as one step and then go back in and edit it as a second step and see if that works better for them.
