Hey Brad and "Crew",
Absolutely love the new Admin Rights feature! Thanks so much! I'd like to make a suggestion/request for the future - again, especially for "large number of class years" multi-year sites!

Please allow us to further break down the rights to Class Year levels. Sometimes we have a co-admin, in charge of a group of class years. Sometimes we have a co-admin, only in charge of one class year and it is less confusing if this person only has access to the one class year.

And once we designate which class(s) a co-admin has access to - we'd like for the co-admin to only receive "New Classmate Notification" emails for that/those class(s)....

This would help us keep the "noise" down a lot. Thanks! :> Terry

And put us right in the poor house as well... Seriously. Smile

Take a look at this thread, where the same question came up. That link will take you directly to my response regarding this question.

Bottom line, it's a very good and valid suggestion, but would come with a serious business model revamp first. We'd obviously have to price that at something that keeps us profitable as Support requirements become significant. I'll bounce it back at you just in case you're interested in brainstorming it -- what do you suggest? What would work for you? Too much and nobody does it. Too little and the thing sinks. It would have to be carefully thought out then tested, any ideas, hit me.

Gotcha Brad - understand. We can live without it. What seems like a simple request from our side looks "out of sight" from the business practice, framework, programmer side... I understand! I was a Systems Analyst during 15 years of my career and then in charge of an IT Division for the remaining years.... Appreciate your "tell it like it is" answer. :>) Terry
