addonchat isn't working =(

Professor Brad Shocked

my addonchat is located in my senior quad page

Mad all on the same desk top computer ~ it works when I open it up in aol and it works in firefox but it won't work in my explorer browser Confused I have the java thing downloaded Crying or Very sad

Try upgrading to Internet Explorer 8, your Add On Chat was installed correctly and is working perfectly. Did you reboot your computer after upgrading your java? Sometimes it can be little things as simple as that. Check your IE browser settings and make sure things are at the default settings. I.E. make sure you're not running a super high level of security or something like that that could interfere with java.

OMG! Evil or Very Mad I did everything you told me too Brad & it still didn't work Mad ugh Exclamation

so .... I called Microsoft HELP and apparently there were too many add-ons in my explorer messing it up so I had to Reset my Internet Explorer Settings.... and now the chat room works fine in my explorer Very Happy

alls right with the world again Wink
