Blank white space on Home Page

Hi there! Ok, I'm stumped again ... what is causing the lengthy blank white space between my "click here" for new stuff and the Announcements section? I appreciate your help, thanks! N

Hi Nancee, you've probably added something to your homepage or an announcement that is too wide. The message entitled Maximum Image and Third Party Object Sizes -- must read! message on this forum explains it.

Nancee, You are probably using Internet Explorer. It doesn't do a good job of breaking a long line of text that has no spaces when the long line happens to be a URL. FireFox doesn't have this problem. The line that is causing problems is the URL "www.journalgazette.net/....." If you changed the DISPLAYABLE TEXT to "Click HERE for the article" and then left the LINK part the same, but only changed the displayable portion, your announcement would go back to normal.
