Setting Start Times On Announcements

I set an announcement of a classmate's birthday to start today. but as of the time I write this, it's still not showing up. I am in the central time zone. Shouldn't it appear at midnight local time? UPDATE: At 2:50 AM, I had to manually add the announcement because it still wasn't there.

There may have been an issue with the daily script that runs that activates the announcements. No other reason that would not have fired.

I'm still having an issue with this. There are three classmates with birthdays today. Two days ago, I scheduled the announcement to go active today. It did not. I had to manually activate it.

The once daily script runs at about 5:30 am to collect all of the emails throughout the entire CC system and begins the process of building the mail queue for the morning.
