Can't post announcement?

Weird issue just materialized...
As Admin, I can't see the MemberFunctions>Post announcement menu.
(If I changed that for members, I can't find the place to re-enable it...)

Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > Home Page > Edit Page

You can Manage the announcements from the link in the right hand modules section for Announcements. You can also toggle the link for having it show for classmates there as well
