I need to delete an administrator. I reviewed the FAQ on the subject, but it doesn't have the Grant Admin Access at the location in the FAQ. Any help here?

What specific FAQ are you referring to? 1) Click Manage Classmates

She should not be. How can I change that? I paid for the website subscription, created the website and maintain it. Kim no longer wants to be involved. Thank you.

One of two things needs to happen. Either Kim needs to log into the system and reassign a Root admin which she can do under the preferences page. or, if Kim for some reason can't log in to do this... Kim needs to call us and provide us with her username and password, and we can reassign the Root admin for her. Kim is the only person that has this ability. Thanks
