I am sending monthly emails to remind the class about an upcoming event. A few people have responded that they will be unable to attend. I would like to remove them from the list of people to receive future monthly emails about this event, but still keep them available for other emails. I know how to manually remove them before sending an email but was wondering if there was a way to automate it. For example, if I could add a field, "Not Attending Event X", set that for those who have responded that way and then use that as a criteria in selecting recipients for the next monthly email? I can't be the first person to run into this. Just curious.

In Email The Class, you have the option to set up your own mailing list - and then use it to send out mail. That list can be edited if you need to drop people who no longer want to be included.

Thanks, I had missed that. Just what I needed.
