I am looking to change the button "Post Response" under "In Memory" names. This does not seem like the proper thing to say. What is your "response" to someone making the In Memory list? Maybe "Post Comment" or "Post Condolences"? Any other ideas?

Good point, your two suggestions are good. Or maybe "Post Remembrances"?

That's fine, we'll keep it generic with just "Post Comment".
