First she forgot her password, so we reset. Now she has sent me the messaage below. Is this a Cache clean problem? If so, I have to get her to figure out what she uses for Internet browser as she is not real swift on computers.

When I log on using my new password, it says password accepted, but then it flips me back to the log on page with a notation"OOPS". I can't access any messages. What do I do now?

Almost for sure for some reason this Classmate's computer is not saving her login cookie. Have her clear her browser cookies, shut down her browser, open it back up and log in again. There's a 90% chance this alone will solve the problem. If it doesn't let me know.
