Avoiding the spam folder

Email from classcreator.net winding up in the spam folder is a continuing issue. Have you considered implementing DKIM signatures on your outgoing mail? It is my understanding that signed messages are less likely to be marked as spam.

Personally, I do not know about DKIMs, but I will share this post with others here for consideration.

Thank you, Brad. I was helping a friend to set up DKIM authentication for his Google Apps domain last week, and the thought crossed my mind to see whether classcreator.net emails were signed. They aren’t, so I figured I would raise the subject here.

Any progress to report on this front? We are still getting a few “550” bounce reports on our email blasts, and it is possible that DKIM signing could help.

I only see one 550 error and that can be caused by private mail servers that require whitelisting. You may need to contact that classmate and ask them to have their provider whitelist noreply@classcreator.net

I'll add another item for the programmers to check on the signing as well.
