Scott can you look at my site and see what I am doing wrong. An old guy like me is not good on the computer.
In the admin functions I set up a Reunion Planner and put all the information we have and wanted to see what it looked like before we send it out to the class. But I can't find it on the homepage.
We don't sell anything and only take checks for our banquet.
I updated our planner from our 50th reunion, this is our 55th.

Gary,

You DO NOT want to just rename the "50th Reunion" to the "55th Reunion". All of the attendees of the 50th reunion are still listed. Look at your Classmate Profiles page - notice "Attending Reunion (07/23/16): 46 " - this is the number you had attend your 50th reunion event.
your "55th Reunion" link is currently at the top of your Member Functions, but I recommend removing this link.

The old Reunion Planner has been discontinued. The new way to do it is with the EVENT PLANNER. Here are the help videos for the Event Planner...

Kyle, Can we still use Event Planner even if we don't have anything to sell and we will only be accepting paper check for the banquet only. The banquet is the only thing we will be collecting check for.
In the Event Planner can we set up a questionnaire where members can type a response. Registration information and question if they plan to attend events with a yes or no answer. The banquet we have a choice of entrée for yourself and guest and indicate if any special dietary needs.
I deleted the Reunion Planner.

Yes, you can use the Event Planner for that. It sounds like "accepting paper check" is something that you will sell. If you want to keep track of those who will be attending the banquet, you would add the ticket item so that each classmate can "purchase" (reserve a place) at the banquet. If the banquet will be at a set price, then the classmates can know and send you a check, which you could then edit their transaction and mark it as paid so that you can keep track of who has paid and who has not paid yet.

You can also set up registration questions in the event planner.
you can also set up a registration question about which entree they want to eat.
