Is it possible for me to also receive an e-mail notice when people sign up for the reunion. As of now only Dawn is receiving. Thank you,

If the Class Creator system doesn't have a way to solve this, you could have Dawn set up an E-mail forwarding rule so if the subject is "Reunion...." (I don't know what the subject should really be), then forward the e-mail to you.

Copies are only sent to the Root Admin as you've figured out. I just added it to our upcoming "Admin Rights" feature though. Good idea, thanks. You can see how that will work here.
