I have too much white space on the home page for the announcement - it won't wrap. Help please.

There are also a lot of hard blanks  

When Jack says "hard blank", he means a space that won't wrap. If you look in the SOURCE page, you will see the "& nbsp;" (without the space between the characters.) Each one of these will be a place where the browser cannot wrap. So if it is between all of the words of a sentence, the entire sentence will not be able to wrap.

Also, as Jack mentioned, a line of dashes, underlines, etc. without spaces will cause wrapping issues on the page.

I thought the new CSS would prevent this from happening. My tables originally just went "under" the stuff on the right with the new code.
