One of our classmates sent me a screenshot of the Message Forum page. The forum page is missing the "Time Zone" window and the "Newest at Top" window. Classmate has looked at both top and bottom of the page but cannot locate it anywhere. However, myself and two other classmats can see the two windows on our computers using Chrome.

This classmate is using Chrome and has tried refreshing the page, deleting both cache and cookies, and performed a a "restart" of the computer to no avail.

Is there anyone who can shed some light on this situation?

Looks like she wasn't logged on. Guessing this may be the cause.

That's what I see when I log in using a system password, but as FC says, that's the same thing you'd see viewing a non-restricted page without logging in.
