I'm a co-administrator on the Springfield High School Class of 59 website and I had a similar problem. I password protected a survey and when I used a non-administrator log-on I could access the survey. When I got this result I removed password protection and just inactivated the survey.

All members can access a survey if they're logged in. In fact a member can access all site pages if logged in. The only thing a Classmate cannot access if logged in is an individually password protected threaded forum.
