How can you export or copy info such as list of classmates, with addresses and phone numbers, etc, to an excel format.

When you go to Manage Classmates, there's an option to download your choice of fields by checking or unchecking the appropriate boxes. At the bottom, you can choose the format you want. There is a problem currently with the Excel format which gives you a .xls file with contents that are not compatible with some versions of Excel. You can, however, select the CSV format and Excel can read and display that.

After selecting the fields you want, and the format you want the download to be, at the bottom is a Download Class List button. Click that, and it will spin for a short while as it creates the file, and then ask you to right-click on the Save File link which will then let you click on "Save File As" to save the file it just created on your PC.
