One thing I have learned in planning for this year's reunion is that many people do not read or follow directions. In our reunion announcement we mentioned the prices and where to mail checks. Many people stopped there and didn't scroll farther down to complete the process of registering and simply mailed checks. Others selected what they wanted to purchase, clicked on "update registration", but did not click the "purchase items selected button". When we manually enter payments the system generates an email invoice to each classmate entered manually. Many of the classmates wrote wondering why they got this invoice when they had already mailed their check. Is there a way, or can you create a way, that an admin can enter a classmate without that classmate getting an email? This year we had many people who never registered but showed up at the door. I would like to add these classmates to the attendees list but not if they are going to get an email.

Admins can register for members via the Reunion Planner > Attendees page. Scroll to the bottom and look for the appropriate button. "One thing I have learned in planning for this year's reunion is that many people do not read or follow directions." --- Most admins will second this statement!

Thank you for your quick response you guys are really great about that. My question wasn't how to do it. My problem is when you do this it sends an email invoice to the person you registered. Please re-read my question.

No, actually, it does not. You, as the admin received a notification of a new registration, but the member does not get an invoice.
