It appears that the two main reasons to upgrade are 1. file space
2. use the chat feature

How many of you are using the chat feature and how important is it a part of your website?

Sorry for the confusion. When your account went into Trial mode after your temporary expiration, you should have been re-established as Premium Plus when you renewed the subscription. This would allow for your site to have the IM and live Chat features. I have reinstated these to your account.

Hi Scott,

Thanks.

However, wince you made the change, all I see is the wallpaper so I can't even see the home page, change settings, etc. Can you point me in the direction of what I need to do?

Richard

The home page comes up but then it's covered by the wall paper.

Still strange.

I was able to log back in, then the wallpaper covered the home page. The music player kept playing.

I closed the browser and when accessed the home page url, the home page was display for about a three count and then it was covered by the wall paper again.

suggestions

I switched to my laptop and it works fine so the problem is on my end. I was using Chrome on my desktop but Chrome works fine on my laptop

I'm going to reboot my desktop. I have a feeling the problem will go away.

I see the IM block at the bottom.

Is there a tutorial for chat?

Thanks for your help

No there is not a tutorial. But there are some directions that are built into your chat window when you open Live Chat.
