Is there a way to hide the playlist? I have one in Memories but it takes away from the page to have this playlist box there.

Yup. 1) Go into edit mode and click the Source button

Looks like you have it back on display. Rather than setting the widths and heights to 0, change them to 1 (pixel). That might work for you.
