Photo resolution storage

Are the photos uploaded stored anywhere on the site in their original resolution? I'm asking because we're hoping to grab photos classmates have uploaded off the site and use them in our print yearbook...but the resolution they're stored in now is too low to be useful.

![]() No. I suggest you email the Classmates and ask for them. You can probably imagine why we don't keep those. People often upload gigantic picture scans or super sized digital photos. Sometimes these photos can be literally 50 times the file size of the resulting resized images we preserve. If we stored all of those gigantic images we'd have to go get a cluster of additional hard drives just to house the images alone. If anyone is interested, about 24,000 images per month are currently being uploaded to the Class Creator system.
