One of my alumni forgot her user name or password. How can I find her user name and reset password?

You can't see what her password was, but you can reset it. I usually reset them to their first name and then let them change it to what every they can remember. In her case it might be best she leave it at her name. Go into her profile and just delete her password and reset it to what you want. Then let her know what it is.
