I recently sent out postcards to our class telling them about our site and of course I have received several back for bad addresses. I went into their profile and deleted their old addresses thinking that would move them to the "unknown" in Where They Live. That didn't happen - now they aren't showing up anywhere in the "Where They Live" box. Help! Thanks! Karmen

Make sure you also delete their zip code.

Correct. After doing that, if you're still having a problem please private message me an exact Classmate name you're having a problem with and I'll take a look.
