Blocking email on a classmate

Quick question: Is there a way to "block" a classmate on our site from sending email or messages to other classmates? And if so, will they know? YEP...PROBLEM CLASSMATE!!! Thanks

No way to block them from sending. You can threaten him and if necessary, delete his profile so he cannot log in (or change his e-mail address so he cannot log in).

But the classmate will be sent a message that their email info has been changed? And by threat, would that mean a very carefully and politely worded suggestion to please comply for the good of the website and fellow classmates or face exclusion from site access or something like that?
