Thought I had this down, but I can't get rid of the text that is aligning itself to the right of the first table in the article on the Newberry Library that is a part of my "A Chicago Guide" page.

Please help, again, in my quest for perfection.

Thanks, Brad!

Forgot to mention that it's the FengerJune1958.com site.

Sorry,
Carole

Hi Carole,

You just need to put your cursor before the first letter of the text that was hugging the table and hit enter until it was below the table. I took care of it while I was in there.

Thanks, Brad. I can't believe I didn't try that. I kept looking at the code and table size.

I was working on my other site and had the same problem. I did as you instructed and hit the enter key about 7 times to make the text go where it should. I didn't think we were supposed to use "enter" to format text so I checked to see exactly what you had done and found the same code.
Why is it all right to use enter in this case?

Thanks,
Carole

You can hit enter as many times as you want. It's the space bar you can't hit over and over.

Oh, that's right. I'm really sorry to bother you.
