I am attempting to Download/copy messages for the family of a deceased Classmate. I have attempted to read the ADMIN Forums, however I cannot locate a procedure to accomplish this task.

There is no way to do it without manually copying and pasting each message individually.

I have been successful by doing a 'click-drag-copy' of all of the comments, opening a Word Document, and right click, and use the 'keep source formatting' icon.
All of the information appears in the Word Document like it does on the In Memory page, e.g., text in the block form with date, time, comment number, etc.

[We have NOT gone to the 'Responsive Design' on our site - we may be in the minority on this point, and my method may not work with the Responsive Design.]

Actually, it does not need to be one at a time. Just highlight the entire list and copy and paste to a Word doc. I have done it.
