We have a number of classmates for whom we have some information but they have not yet registered on our site. I now have a committee willing to call these people. How do I create a report of just those classmates for whom we have information but they have not registered? I then will have to divide that list into 8 for the 8 people to call.

Do the following:

manage Classmates
Download Classlist
Choose the columns you want the other people to know about, INCLUDING THE "Joined On" and "Last Logged In" columns
Download the class list
In MS Excel or your spreadsheet program, SORT by the "Last Logged In". You might want to call those who haven't logged in for a long time. If not, skip this step.
Sort the spreadsheet by "Joined On" column. Delete all the classmates with a JOINED ON date.
Now split the spreadsheet into groups of 8 people and divide among your other admins to call.
