As I understand it, after emails have been sent once and then those who do not JOIN the site are flagged as such and then no more emails can be sent to those so flagged.
Is there a way to remove the flag so emails can be sent again?

The sysem is no longer able to send out emails to those who have not joined and opted into receiving email from the Class Creator mail server. Under Email The Class, you will find a new option that states: Send to Members who have not joined or have not yet opted in to receiving emails (this option works in conjunction with your own email app or webmail). This will make contacting those folks for which you have an email address, but who have not joined, a little easier.
