I keep getting bouncebacks even though I'm not mailing anything. Can you explain how that can happen? Thanks and best wishes... j

This one's for the home team at CC. Couple of possibilities come to my mind. In either case you have an email that isn't working for one or more people. 1. One class member uses the site to email another; you get the bounceback. 2. Your automatic 'welcome' message is going out - and getting bounced back because the person entered an incorrect email address. 3. Someone used the box to enter an email address of a missing class member; that email address wasn't valid. Kyle, Brad? Which of those would generate a bounceback?

Any or all of them. Various activities on the site will generate emails, like the items John listed above, or things like Profile Updates. If somebody subscribes to Profile Updates and then their email address goes bad (they've changed email addresses and haven't updated their Contact Info) any emails going to that person will begin bouncing. Whenever you see a bounce, that means you need to update the bad email address on your site.
