Lowering existing files inside vault

Our class page is grandfathered and is still free. I did purchase additional file space when you offered a one time purchase. I am now starting another reunion and need to create more space. If I delete pictures, is there a way to store them without using up file space? Please give me suggestions on what I need to delete that might help give us more space. I want to generate a questionnaire but unless I get space, it won't let me do it.

Download to your computer. Then delete from file vault. If your music is stored on CC, that probably is taking a LOT of file space. Remove that and I bet you'll have lots of space.
