Does anyone have a free program they recommend for converting jpeg files to pdf? I am trying to use issuu and I haven't found a way to covert the files first.

Try this: JPEG to PDF. I have not tried it.

I've used a program called "cutepdf" that is free. It loads and acts like a printer, you select the cutpdf instead of your normal printer inside any document or other application, and it makes a pdf. cutepdf.com
