If you try to update the yearbook photo using the same name for the file, the browser cache (or Class Creator) gets confused (I am not sure which one). If you rename the file before uploading it, the picture will usually display right. For the STEPS, do the following: Manage Classmates, click on the YEARBOOK PHOTO next to the classmate you want to update the photo for. BROWSE to find the photo on your hard drive, then SAVE CHANGES. OOPS - I read the question wrong - to upload a yearbook photo, just follow the steps above and ignore the part about "UPDATE the yearbook photo"
