I am the root administrator but I would like to have our treasurer have access to the site so she can input information. How do I add her as another adminstrator to the site?

To add an administrator, Manage Classmates, Search for the classmate, go to the DETAILS page of that classmate, then check the "Grant Admin Access" checkbox. Also check any privileges you want that admin to have.
