I'm guessing we're late to the Zoom party ... we're looking at how to use the website to manage/schedule Zoom sessions. Any and all assistance/experience/watchouts/dos/donts are appreciated.

A recent survey of classmates indicated interest in 2 types of Zoom sessions: 1) general sessions-wide open and 2) sessions on specific topics/events. We're thinking about purchasing a Zoom license for the site, the login info will be shared among a few admins who would control/facilitate the zoom sessions. Thoughts about that?

Also, we're looking for some scheduling application/calendar we can use in (preferably) or via the website so admins can manage scheduling sessions and other classmates can view upcoming sessions.

I searched thru the CC forums - unsuccessfully - but if you're aware where these questions may have been discussed previously, links are appreciated as well.
