When you say unable to open them, what does that mean exactly? Is the person getting a Profile restricted mesage, an error message, a login message, etc. It could be any of these things, but I'm going to guess that the Classmate is probably not logged in. If the Classmate IS logged in, then the Classmate is most likely having a login cookie problem. If so have the Classmate do this: 1) Clear browser cookies 2) Shut down web browser 3) Open web browser up again 4) Log in again 5) Try the Profile pages now
