If you want them both larger, you should move the Chanukah video down lower on the page. Because of the right-hand menus, it is limited in size. Then when you have them where you want them, edit the page content and click SOURCE. Search for YouTube and then search in the codes around the YouTube for width and change the width to be less than 400.
