Sorry I can't help you other than to say I just tried to edit a page and everything went well. Hopefully, this is a temporary glitch for you.

Thank you for including the error. Are you using Firefox? If so, try clearing her cache and some of the other items on this site: https://www.technewstoday.com/fix-pr-connect-reset-error/ There are ads on their site, however, it does show steps to how to clear up the issue she is having. You can also try logging in under Chrome. This is a browser/connection issue happening on the client side so you'll need to try one of the two options to clear it up locally. When I test the site on all browser types it is working for me.
