Can't add non-member to In Memory

We were just notified about a classmate, Bonita Alger Crandall who passed away in April 1990 way before she could ever become a member of our website. I just tried adding her yearbook photo but it won't save to show on her profile (although it looks like it's there to me). And I can't add her to In Memory. Her name shows up from the classmate list but it won't save to In Memory. What might I be doing wrong? Thanks, Elaine

Never mind -- I figured it out. Needed to check "missing override" on the details of her profile. Thanks anyway. Elaine
