As an Admin.(but not Root Admin.) I have tried to put a new announcement on our home page. However, it leaves a huge blank space before it appears. What am I doing wrong?

It is THIS LINE:

Change it to "* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *"
or this: "***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***"

With no spaces, the browser cannot wrap, so it doesn't wrap.
