Can someone tell me what key or what I did to get the screen page just a narrow column and how to fix it.

If you are still seeing the problem, attach a photo of what you are seeing so we know what to look for. When I looked at your website, it looked fine to me.

Press Ctrl+0 (the Ctrl Key and the number zero at the same time) and see what happens

Maybe Jack's answer is the same as this... I use CTRL + to enlarge the screen. Wonder if you accidentally hit CTRL - which would shrink it.

Ctrl+0 automatically resets the zoom to the default screen size instantly. So not exactly the same as +/- which is for incremental zoom changes. You can also press Ctrl and move the mouse wheel at the same time for incremental zoom changes.
