When I am in "Edit site pages" and on my home page, the "image" button does nothing. Why did it quit working? How will I download images now? Thanks.

I have no trouble getting the button to work in IE9 or in Firefox. You may want to consider upgrading your Internet Explorer to version 9. We also just tested it in IE7 on Vista. The only problem we encountered was that at a low screen resolution, the overlay that comes up when you click the image button is a little large.

Do you experience the same problem on other pages, or just the home page?

Only on the home page. The other pages work ok.

Are you by chance running Internet Explorer 9 in Compatibility Mode, or are you running IE8?

I downloaded IE9 and the image button on my home page works now. Why did it all of a sudden quit working when it had been ok for a year and almost a half?

The editor was upgraded right before Thanksgiving. Maybe you hadn't tried the IMAGE button in the new editor until you saw that it didn't work.

Anyway, Glad this issue is resolved by your upgrade to IE9.

Now if IE9 would not lock up about five times an hour the whole world would be just perfect. Thanks for your help.
