What's the easiest way to take photos from a classmate's profile and post it on the main photo page for all to view?

How much space do I have for photos? We've just held our reunion and hundreds of photos are coming in. Is there a way to make them smaller so that more can be posted?

Is it easier for classmates to just e-mail the photos directly to the administrator or to post them on their own profile?

You have room in your File Vault to post several thousand photos.

If you want to post a photo a Classmate has on a Profile, the best way is to right click the photo and save it to your own hard drive. And then upload it to File Vault. You can also copy and paste the photo, which will work, butif you do it that way and the Classmate every deletes the photo from his or her Profile, it will also delete it from wherever you've put it. So you're much better off uploading your own File Vault copy.

Yes you can make the photos smaller by resizing them in any imaging software, but I wouldn't do that unless you actually want them to be smaller. Space is not going to be an issue.

It's probably easier for people to email you photos. We also have a lot of sites that have dedicated a threaded forum to reunion photos and discussion.

What do you mean by "File Vault"? Is that when you put in on your own computer's hard drive under your own personal folders?
